It looks like we might get some thunderstorm action on the 30th/31st, so I'll keep my camcorder charged and ready!

Thunderstorms Narrowly Miss Albany, Staten Island
Thunderstorms, with embedded severe cells, formed in a rough line yesterday between Albany and Staten Island, but unfortunately neither locations were really hit, so we don't have pictures or video of any storms.
NYS did manage to scrape out one severe report for the day. Penny-sized hail was reported in Warwick in Orange County.
